This training is for RECERTIFICATION and provides all the necessary skills needed to update and become re-certified for two (2) years.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email with details about the class. 

Current certification in American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED is required to participate in the recertification course. Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED, which is valid for 2 years.

• Participants will be required to pass a 300-yard swim test (demonstrating a minimum of 100 yards freestyle and 100 yards breaststroke).

• A timed retrieval test.

• Timed water tread test.

Sessions will be at the UA Little Rock Aquatics Center, 3539 S University Ave, Little Rock, AR

Class Dates:

Friday, April 11th, 5p-10p

Saturday, April 12th, 9a-6p

Sunday, Apriol 13th, 12p-6p

NOTE: Please bring any drinks, snacks, and lunch with you for training.
